Tavsif

  • Connect Finance and Technology by turning business strategy into practical system solutions
  • Work with Finance leaders to define objectives and convert them into business and functional requirements
  • Manage the full requirements lifecycle through interviews, workshops, documentation, and validation
  • Create and maintain requirements documents, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Align Finance needs with SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, ARIBA, RAR, billing, and analytics platforms
  • Find process gaps and propose automation, system improvements, and workflow enhancements
  • Convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized Jira or comparable backlogs
  • Take part in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release preparation
  • Help development and testing teams interpret requirements, validate solutions, and resolve defects
  • Act as the primary Finance contact for technology initiatives
  • Report project status, risks, dependencies, and results to Finance and IT stakeholders
  • Create test scenarios and lead or support User Acceptance Testing
  • Assess post-launch results, adoption, performance, and business impact
  • Collaborate across Finance, IT, and other functions to improve financial operations, billing accuracy, reporting, and customer lifecycle processes

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required
  • Five to ten years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or comparable professional in a technology-enabled environment
  • Five to ten years of experience supporting financial systems, billing platforms, or enterprise technology implementations
  • Demonstrated experience leading requirements, functional specifications, testing, and release readiness across multiple systems
  • Experience delivering work in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall delivery methods
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, QTest, Smartsheet, or comparable project and testing tools
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and process design skills
  • Ability to promote continuous improvement and thoughtfully challenge existing processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred experience with SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, RAR, ARIBA, billing platforms, revenue, or cash applications
  • Preferred experience with analytics, reporting, and customer lifecycle tools including Looker, Power BI, and SQL
  • Preferred experience in telecommunications, subscription services, or high-volume billing
  • Preferred PMP, ScrumMaster, or comparable project management or Agile certification
  • Ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings across multiple time zones
  • Occasional travel may be required for project work
