  • Set sales goals and create action plans aligned with the business plan
  • Establish the conditions needed to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain client relationships to promote products and services
  • Assess and analyze member and client needs
  • Design tailored solutions and integrated service offers that balance client satisfaction, profitability, and risk
  • Negotiate product and service terms in line with established standards and procedures
  • Track industry developments to uncover business opportunities
  • Support public relations efforts and stay active in the business community
  • Advise and support members and clients
  • Represent Desjardins and formalize agreements with clients

Talablar

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Have at least one year of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of relevant qualifications and experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
