Tavsif

  • Establish Deepgram’s APAC marketing function with regional leadership and develop the regional plan.
  • Create the APAC field and events plan and budget, reserving funds for opportunities that arise during the quarter.
  • Launch an ongoing technical community program in Singapore, India, and Australia.
  • Develop repeatable joint field programs with cloud, technology, and channel partners, with shared pipeline targets and tracking.
  • Increase pipeline and new customer wins generated or influenced by programs across APAC.
  • Adapt global event kits for priority markets and follow up with every lead.
  • Create and use a library of APAC customer stories, case studies, and references.
  • Showcase APAC on Deepgram’s website with regional pages, customer logos, case studies, proof points, product updates, and team information.
  • Deliver executive roundtables, customer dinners, and sponsorships on schedule and within budget.
  • Track spending, attendance, and pipeline against the plan.
  • Coordinate with the APAC PR agency and global Brand, Web, and Product Marketing teams to keep regional messaging locally relevant and consistent.

Talablar

  • Use AI-native methods to design human and AI workflows for planning, logistics, follow-up, and reporting, and build systems that reduce recurring event work.
  • Work independently as the region’s first marketing hire, coordinating across time zones with a US-based team.
  • Travel regularly across the region, approximately 30–40% of the time.
  • Typically bring around 3–6 years of APAC field or event marketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience; preferred but not required.
  • B2B SaaS, developer-focused, or AI and infrastructure marketing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience co-marketing with technical partners is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with PR agencies or supporting regional communications is preferred but not required.
  • Professional proficiency in another regional language, such as Bahasa or Mandarin, is preferred but not required.
