  • Activate Altra across the territory through authentic relationships, targeted activations, and hands-on support
  • Build retailer relationships through in-person visits, product demonstrations, and sales-floor assistance

Talablar

  • At least one year of specialty retail experience, preferably in running or outdoor retail
  • At least two years of experience in marketing, sales, or another customer-facing field role
  • Experience fitting and selling technical footwear
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while remaining connected with the wider team
  • Proactive self-starter attitude and enthusiasm for the running and outdoor community
  • Familiarity with Altra products is advantageous
  • Reside in the Washington, DC area
  • Ability to travel and manage field assets, travel, and expenses
