Tavsif

  • Oversee an accurate and efficient accounts payable process
  • Verify, process, and record invoices and expenses
  • Ensure financial transactions comply with organizational policies and standards
  • Complete annual business license and registration renewals and updates
  • Enter and scan accounts payable invoices while managing coding and approval workflows
  • Match checks with supporting records and mail them
  • Support the preparation of annual audits and tax filings
  • Handle general office responsibilities, including mail distribution
  • Manage vendor debarment activities
  • Approve and process MI Choice claims as directed
  • Review manual entries prepared by team members
  • Examine check runs by matching invoices with checks and electronic funds transfers for accuracy

Talablar

  • Associate degree in accounting or a related field
  • Associate degree or higher in accounting
  • Must reside in Michigan
  • Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
  • Willingness to support and assist individuals experiencing trauma-related issues
