Accounts Payable Specialist – Dublin Hybrid
Process high volumes of supplier invoices and vendor payments for Sandvik in Dublin. Support reconciliations, internal controls and month-end close.
Tavsif
- Check AP mailboxes each day and respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Review, validate and process large volumes of supplier invoices
- Investigate invoice issues, including purchase order and approval queries, and work toward resolution
- Coordinate with the accounting team to confirm coding for non-product invoices
- Help resolve vendor payment issues and request credit notes
- Prepare vendor account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Help maintain accounts payable vendor master data
- Run payment processing cycles
- Investigate and resolve rejected payments
- Assist with month-end close
- Check that internal controls are in place and operating
- Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by management
- Report to the Accounts Payable Team Lead
Talablar
- Bring 2–3 years of accounts payable experience
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related discipline
- Know accounts payable processes and procedures across the function
- Have a strong operational accounts payable background
- Have experience processing high volumes of invoices
- Use strong analytical skills
- Be eligible to work in the EU or hold a valid EU work permit
