Oracle

Opis

  • Support enterprise risk management and internal controls for the Defense Logistics Agency.
  • Help DLA maintain compliance for fully auditable financial statements.
  • Analyze DLA policies and operational processes from end to end.
  • Provide accounting, risk assessment, and audit support.
  • Assess, document, and resolve Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs).
  • Review policies and procedures covering personnel, acquisition, inventory, property, and materials management.
  • Help design and implement enterprise risk management processes for audit-related work.
  • Review NFRs and collaborate with stakeholders on remediation approaches.
  • Identify financial statement deficiencies and risks, then conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Test business processes and system controls.
  • Help implement management solutions, including developing training.
  • Apply knowledge of GAAP, GAGAS, OMB A-123, and FASAB.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • At least eight years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as business strategy, transformational change management, human resources, business process re-engineering, project management, process improvement, property, plant and equipment, heritage assets, environmental liabilities, actuarial sciences, imputed costs, or data analysis.
  • Experience with GAAP, GAGAS, or ICOR.
  • Familiarity with DoD and DLA financial management policies and procedures.
  • Experience with Celonis.
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with the federal government.
  • Experience analyzing and assessing large volumes of data.
  • Familiarity with deploying solutions that support strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with Oracle-based enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Familiarity with developing reference guidance.
  • Familiarity with OUSD AT&L policies and requirements.
  • Familiarity with specified SFFAS standards and Technical Releases.
  • Familiarity with market-based appraisals.
  • Knowledge of long-lived asset valuation, including alternative valuation methods.
  • Familiarity with accounting requirements for environmental liabilities.
  • Familiarity with DoD systems for tracking environmental liabilities.
  • Understanding of imputed cost requirements.
  • Knowledge of DoD heritage assets.
  • Ability to complete a background investigation successfully.
