- Find and secure outstanding candidates from around the world.
- Identify and connect with leading talent in top technology hubs and companies.
- Use thoughtful outreach and networking to engage candidates who are not actively job hunting.
- Help build an AI-first recruiting toolkit that uses AI agents, technical communities, and creative sourcing channels.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective candidates worldwide.
- Manage each candidate’s experience from the initial discovery call through offer acceptance.
- Run structured interviews to assess technical ability and cultural fit.
- Share clear, practical interview feedback with hiring managers and company leaders.
- Work with founders and team leads to streamline hiring workflows and reduce friction.
- Help develop employer-brand content and initiatives.
- Experiment with sourcing approaches and refine recruitment processes as the company grows.
Zahteve
- At least three years of recruitment experience.
- At least two years of experience recruiting for technology roles.
- Experience working at a startup or scale-up.
- Experience sourcing globally, including in major technology hubs across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Fluent English.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A goal-oriented approach, with a sense of ownership and commitment.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy.
- Humble, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
- Comfort hiring for products involving uncensored models and content.
- AI recruitment experience or knowledge of the AI field is a plus.
- Experience with employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader talent acquisition initiatives is a plus.
