Opis

  • Manage client accounts as the primary strategic contact.
  • Lead biweekly client calls on campaign performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
  • Deliver performance reports at least 24 hours before biweekly client calls.
  • Turn campaign data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
  • Strengthen client relationships to support renewals, retention, and referrals.
  • Spot and address account risks and growth opportunities.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking.
  • Manage campaign budgets, audiences, bidding, account structure, and creative tests.
  • Track daily results against cost-per-appointment and other acquisition measures.
  • Diagnose weak campaign performance and identify improvements.
  • Plan tests across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign settings.
  • Write direct-response ads and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
  • Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variants for testing.
  • Use performance results to shape creative and messaging hypotheses.
  • Work with video editors and guide creative production.
  • Use AI tools to speed up research and copy development while applying sound judgment and maintaining quality.
  • Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
  • Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing processes.
  • Fix technical issues connecting advertising platforms with client systems.
  • Review media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow to find funnel problems.
  • Report to the Associate Director of Operations and take responsibility for client results, relationships, and retention.

Zahteve

  • At least five years of hands-on paid media experience, including substantial responsibility for Meta advertising.
  • Experience managing several client accounts at once and leading client-facing strategy discussions.
  • A record of steering campaigns toward defined performance goals while helping retain clients.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting ability, including ads and scripts.
  • Experience creating and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: Financial services marketing experience.
  • Preferred: Lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns.
  • Preferred: Video sales letter marketing.
  • Preferred: High-value or considered-purchase funnels.
  • Preferred: Performance marketing agency experience.
  • Candidates at the top of the compensation range must have hands-on experience creating and optimizing direct-response ads, video scripts and VSLs, creative hooks, messaging angles, and conversion-focused funnels, with measurable gains in campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and booked appointments.
  • Financial services, RIA marketing, and compliance-sensitive advertising experience are strongly preferred.
