Opis

  • Expand advertising revenue across the financial services sector.
  • Manage sales from initial prospecting through deal close.
  • Build strategic relationships with senior financial services decision-makers.
  • Help advertisers reach high-intent audiences and improve campaign results.
  • Create lasting commercial partnerships aligned with advertisers’ business goals.
  • Meet the revenue target for an assigned client portfolio.
  • Develop relationships with leaders in advertising, marketing, digital acquisition, product, and business.
  • Create account plans that link advertiser goals to measurable campaign results.
  • Spot opportunities tied to product launches, tax season, annual enrollment, and changing consumer financial needs.
  • Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements.

  • Work with Account Managers on post-sale handoffs, campaign performance, renewals, and account growth.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Policy, and Operations on complex deals and future advertising solutions.
  • Address advertising, privacy, and compliance requirements specific to the industry.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and stay current on financial services industry trends.

Zahteve

  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, client strategy, consulting, or enterprise sales.
  • Experience working with financial services advertisers, such as banks, credit card issuers, insurers, investment and wealth management firms, lenders, or fintech companies.
  • 3+ years of experience advising and influencing senior executives and client stakeholders.
  • A track record of owning revenue targets and closing complex advertising or commercial deals.
  • Understanding of financial services customer journeys, acquisition funnels, customer lifetime value, and performance metrics.
  • Experience navigating advertising, privacy, and compliance considerations in a regulated industry.
  • Ability to build persuasive business cases and turn advertiser objectives into measurable partnership strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Interest in shaping a new advertising platform while upholding high standards for user experience, trust, and responsible growth.
  • Ability to work from the US office three days per week.
  • Authorization to work in the country where the role is based.
