Opis

  • Assess existing Data 360 implementations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Find bottlenecks in identity resolution, data ingestion pipelines, and calculated insights.
  • Develop and carry out optimization strategies.
  • Design scalable, enterprise-grade Data 360 architecture for Sales Transformation and RCA Migration needs.
  • Configure and optimize batch and streaming ingestion connectors.
  • Build flows connecting S3, Snowflake, MuleSoft, BigQuery, and Kafka to Data 360 through Zero Copy and standard ingestion frameworks.
  • Map source data streams to Data Model Objects using the Cloud Information Model and custom schemas.
  • Configure Data 360 as Agentforce’s context and grounding layer.
  • Enable real-time data access, vector embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Configure Data 360 hands-on, including DataWeave transformations, segments, calculated insights, and API integrations.

Zahteve

  • Bring deep architectural and hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 or Data Cloud.
  • Have direct experience configuring Data 360 data layers to ground Agentforce AI agents in trusted enterprise data.
  • Be able to configure standard and custom connectors, real-time streaming, batch ingestion, and Zero Copy data architecture.
  • Know Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Stream Objects (DSOs), and identity resolution rulesets.
  • Have hands-on experience with identity resolution, data harmonization, governance, security modeling, and enterprise data flows.
  • Have experience integrating S3, Snowflake, MuleSoft, BigQuery, and Kafka.
  • Have experience with DataWeave transformations, segment creation, calculated insights, and API integrations.
