Opis

  • Develop and refine front-end components for new and existing web pages
  • Set up and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve user experiences and conversion
  • Make Optimizely updates, including layout and hierarchy changes, redirects, and follow-up improvements after tests
  • Work with UX and Development teams to turn designs and optimization ideas into functional digital experiences
  • Contribute to SEO and conversion work, including page speed and performance improvements
  • Review website behavior and experiment results to find opportunities and shape new hypotheses
  • Coordinate with Media and Paid teams on campaign and acquisition pages
  • Present testing and performance findings as clear recommendations for technical and business stakeholders

Zahteve

  • At least four years of relevant experience in front-end or UX development, experimentation, conversion optimization, or a related digital field
  • Practical experience with Optimizely and UX experimentation or testing
  • Experience using VWO or a comparable A/B testing platform
  • Sound knowledge of SEO, conversion optimization, page performance, and UX practices
  • Experience developing and testing across multiple web pages, templates, or digital channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including translating data into actionable recommendations
  • A proactive, curious approach to spotting opportunities, forming hypotheses, and proposing improvements
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting technical findings and test results clearly to business audiences
  • Fluent English
  • Insurance or financial services experience is an advantage
  • Experience with FullStory for behavioral analysis and monitoring is an advantage
  • Must have valid local authorization to work in the country where the role is based when hired
