Opis

  • Manage day-to-day financial control and reporting across the dental business
  • Maintain accurate financial information, effective cash management and strong financial controls
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs
  • Produce profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reports
  • Review each practice’s financial performance and analyse variances
  • Highlight financial risks, trends and opportunities to senior management
  • Maintain accounting records and financial controls
  • Track practice-level revenue, costs, EBITDA and profitability through reporting and analysis
  • Identify underperforming practices and partner with Practice Managers on improvement plans
  • Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts and cash flow projections
  • Model scenarios for new practices, acquisitions, expansion and investment decisions
  • Oversee payables, receivables, credit control, debt collection and supplier relationships
  • Oversee payroll processes and review payroll and clinician payment calculations
  • Reconcile practice system revenue, banking, card payments, finance arrangements and accounting records
  • Support statutory accounts, year-end work, VAT returns, audits, tax advisers and regulatory compliance
  • Provide commercial insight on marketing returns, pricing, profitability, clinicians and practice performance
  • Support business cases, acquisition models, practice openings, refurbishments and expansion projects
  • Improve finance processes and integration between accounting and practice management systems
