- Manage day-to-day financial control and reporting across the dental business
- Maintain accurate financial information, effective cash management and strong financial controls
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs
- Produce profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reports
- Review each practice’s financial performance and analyse variances
- Highlight financial risks, trends and opportunities to senior management
- Maintain accounting records and financial controls
- Track practice-level revenue, costs, EBITDA and profitability through reporting and analysis
- Identify underperforming practices and partner with Practice Managers on improvement plans
- Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts and cash flow projections
- Model scenarios for new practices, acquisitions, expansion and investment decisions
- Oversee payables, receivables, credit control, debt collection and supplier relationships
- Oversee payroll processes and review payroll and clinician payment calculations
- Reconcile practice system revenue, banking, card payments, finance arrangements and accounting records
