Opis

  • Build and maintain compliance programs covering ESG, environmental rules, sanctions, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, AML/KYC, and other applicable obligations
  • Track legal and regulatory requirements, assess compliance risks, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective action
  • Create and maintain compliance policies, procedures, controls, risk registers, and training
  • Perform compliance due diligence on third parties, including KYC, AML, sanctions, and integrity checks
  • Manage the Environmental and Social Management System (ISO 14001), including risk reviews, objectives, controls, audits, and records
  • Advise on legal matters related to the Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) and support additional management systems
  • Coordinate ESG compliance assessments, reporting, recordkeeping, and stakeholder communications
  • Prepare and review corporate documents and coordinate their approval
  • Advise on legal entity matters, permits, certificates, and statutory filings
  • Manage trademark registration, renewals, and protection
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate finance-related agreements and assist with tender documents
  • Advise on corporate and regulatory matters and support regulatory submissions
  • Work with regulators, external legal counsel, auditors, and certification bodies
  • Track changes in laws and regulations
  • Maintain corporate, contract, and compliance records, and support governance and environmental matters

Zahteve

  • Law degree
  • At least two years of relevant experience as a legal or compliance counsel
  • Understanding of document registry procedures
  • Experience using document templates
  • Knowledge of contracts for the sale of the company’s main products
  • Curiosity, persistence, and strong attention to detail
  • Results-focused, ambitious, and responsible, with the ability to work independently and own outcomes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher, with strong legal writing ability
