Opis

  • Oversee accounts payable, including matching invoices to agreements, entering bills, and applying payments.
  • Post NetSuite journal entries for expense accruals, prepaid expense amortization, and departmental allocations.
  • Review expense trends using accounting expertise.
  • Coordinate with vendors and approvers on invoices, payments, and billing terms.
  • Help prepare monthly financial reports and analyses as needed.
  • Report processed payments and outstanding liabilities to department heads.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice and payment issues.
  • Assist the team with annual group and standalone audits.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least three years of experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to take ownership, lead, and follow through on work.
  • Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite is desirable.
  • Careful attention to detail and ability to complete multiple or repetitive tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Valid work permit in Ukraine.
