Remote Accounts Payable Manager in Ukraine
Oversee invoice processing, journal entries, payments, and audits for EIS, a global InsurTech software company. Help maintain accurate financial records and reporting.

- Oversee accounts payable, including matching invoices to agreements, entering bills, and applying payments.
- Post NetSuite journal entries for expense accruals, prepaid expense amortization, and departmental allocations.
- Review expense trends using accounting expertise.
- Coordinate with vendors and approvers on invoices, payments, and billing terms.
- Help prepare monthly financial reports and analyses as needed.
- Report processed payments and outstanding liabilities to department heads.
- Investigate and resolve invoice and payment issues.
- Assist the team with annual group and standalone audits.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least three years of experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to take ownership, lead, and follow through on work.
- Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite is desirable.
- Careful attention to detail and ability to complete multiple or repetitive tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Valid work permit in Ukraine.
