- Find sales opportunities among walk-in customers and incoming leads
- Introduce customers to the dealership and its services
- Present vehicles and lead test drives
- Learn about customer needs through Know Your Customer (KYC) conversations
- Recommend suitable vehicles and help customers select and confirm a purchase
- Negotiate terms and close sales
- Arrange delivery of purchased vehicles
- Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships
- Keep the showroom clean and presentable
- Work toward exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
Zahteve
- GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of retail car sales experience
- Class 3 driving licence required
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, target-focused, and passionate about cars
- Skilled in sales techniques and customer engagement
