Lead Backend Engineer, Python — Carrier, Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Lead backend software development for Carrier’s climate and energy solutions using Python and cloud technologies. Coordinate system testing, research, and analysis of end-user needs.
Opis
- Plan and coordinate moderately complex tests of control and diagnostic systems with logical and mathematical components
- Research electronic data processing systems to support equipment planning, design, development, and use
- Develop product and commercial software through software engineering work
- Assess system capabilities and identify end-user needs
- Troubleshoot issues involving program intent, output requirements, and input data collection
- Address current and future business needs
- Work independently as an experienced software engineering professional
Zahteve
- Advanced or expert-level knowledge gained through advanced education and experience
- Strong familiarity with Carrier’s organization, programs, or systems to make improvements in the role
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Alternatively, an advanced degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience
- Backend development expertise in Python and cloud technologies
- Ability to test and debug moderately complex control and diagnostic systems
- Experience conducting multidisciplinary research and analyzing system capabilities
