Opis

  • Oversee distribution center operations and supervise its employees
  • Lead customer care and warehouse teams
  • Manage client service, financial, and operational performance
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Set inventory levels to meet sales demand
  • Track warehouse activity and inventory moving into and out of the facility
  • Maintain accurate weekly product cycle counts
  • Train, coach, and develop the local customer care team
  • Assess and manage local vendors to secure overall value
  • Partner with the local sales team to improve the customer experience
  • Manage some human resources responsibilities

Zahteve

  • Bring a sales-oriented approach and focus on customer needs
  • Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic in a team setting
  • Show the ability to manage all financial and operational aspects of a multimillion-dollar business
  • Have strong computer skills
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Have at least 6–10 years of related experience
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree, or have one to two years of related experience or training, an equivalent combination of education and experience, or military experience
  • Be legally authorized to work full time in the United States
