Opis

  • Complete monthly intercompany reconciliations across group entities.
  • Trace discrepancies to their source and work with local finance teams to resolve them.
  • Track open intercompany balances and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Assist with intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments for group reporting.
  • Check intercompany data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain standardized group IFRS reporting packs.
  • Check reporting packs for completeness, consistency, and alignment with group requirements and IFRS principles.
  • Assist in preparing consolidated financial information and reporting schedules.
  • Analyze financial data and investigate unusual changes or inconsistencies.
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting.
  • Maintain and review mappings between local and group charts of accounts.
  • Resolve mapping inconsistencies and help improve the group reporting structure.
  • Assist with local GAAP-to-IFRS conversions, including required adjustments and validation checks.
  • Maintain documentation supporting IFRS conversion adjustments.
  • Provide financial data, reconciliations, schedules, and documentation for group and local statutory audits.
  • Coordinate audit requests with local finance teams and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Help standardize and improve reporting processes, templates, controls, and documentation.
  • Find ways to simplify, automate, and improve recurring reporting and reconciliation work.
  • Work with local finance teams to encourage consistent reporting and improve financial data quality.
  • Take part in finance transformation and reporting improvement projects.
  • Coordinate with group and local finance teams, auditors, and stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely reporting.
  • Advise on reporting requirements, templates, deadlines, and data quality expectations.
  • Raise reporting issues, discrepancies, and risks, and help resolve them promptly.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, financial reporting, management reporting, or a similar finance role.
  • Sound IFRS knowledge and practical experience applying its standards.
  • Group reporting, consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, and elimination experience is an advantage.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence handling financial data and large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Organized, methodical working style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with finance teams across countries and entities.
  • Experience in an international or multi-entity organization is a plus.
  • Big Four or audit experience is a plus.
  • Experience supporting external or statutory audits is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial consolidation or reporting systems is a plus.
  • Professional working fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Fluent Ukrainian.
