- Identify prospective providers, earn their trust, and develop lasting referral partnerships.
- Visit practices in person, host lunch-and-learns, and explain how Nabi supports patients.
- Strengthen relationships with current providers to encourage consistent patient referrals.
- Explain Nabi’s care model and make referrals easier for providers.
- Work with clinical and operations teams to support a smooth experience for providers and patients.
- Manage the territory from a home base, making regular provider visits, attending local events, and representing Nabi in the field.
Zahteve
- Work independently in a field-based startup setting.
- Communicate effectively and build trust with healthcare providers.
- Use a relationship-focused, consultative approach to outreach and partnership development.
- Stay organized and self-directed while managing a pipeline and following through with limited oversight.
- Familiarity with eating disorders, disordered eating, or weight-inclusive care is preferred.
- A proven record of turning clinical relationships into patient referrals is preferred.
