Opis

  • Own website conversion from Meta ads across international markets.
  • Lead the expanding funnel conversion team and its country-specific product squads.
  • Help Funnel Conversion Leads understand customers in their markets.
  • Direct experiment planning and delivery, from prioritization and hypotheses through measurement and learning.
  • Ensure country teams deliver effective landing pages, quizzes, and checkout experiences.
  • Run each country squad with a Funnel Conversion Lead, an engineer, and a designer.
  • Improve tools used to optimize funnel conversion.
  • Work with design and engineering to launch high-quality tests quickly.
  • Report to the CEO and manage the existing Funnel Conversion Lead.
  • Grow global Meta ad spend by improving funnel performance.

Zahteve

  • At least five years leading and running high-volume experiments for direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands in fast-paced, high-transaction settings.
  • Hands-on ownership of the full testing process, from ideation and setup through quality assurance and readouts.
  • Strong grasp of consumer behavior and customer experience.
  • Understanding of the transition from ads to landing pages and paid efficiency metrics, including CPL, CAC, quality score, and landing page experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate customer segments and behavior.
  • Familiarity with design principles and wireframing.
  • Enough technical skill to work with code and turn concepts into polished interfaces.
  • Ability to lead strong teams and manage product squads tailored to individual countries.
  • Strategic judgment to balance detailed execution with broader direction.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, self-directed, and able to manage several projects at once.
  • Experience with Omniconvert, PostHog, and Hex, or willingness to use them.
  • Availability for long days, weekend work, and a standard 50–60-hour workweek.
  • Ability to work until midday Pacific Time on most weekdays.
