Opis

  • Oversee Electric Avenue manufacturing operations, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and innovation.
  • Set and execute the site’s strategic vision, operating plans, and business objectives.
  • Lead Heartbeat transformation, operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop an inclusive, high-performing organization through talent development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Meet capacity, product quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, financial, and regulatory targets.
  • Lead quality and compliance efforts, production controls, and corrective action processes.
  • Ensure technical, functional, and manufacturing process capabilities support product quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing operations and global functional teams to align site priorities with enterprise objectives.
  • Set governance, operating practices, and performance management systems.
  • Own operations for the product portfolio and represent the site within and outside the company.
  • Manage the site operating plan, financial performance, productivity agenda, and capital investment strategy.
  • Advance environmental, health, safety, and security performance.
  • Maintain business and supply continuity, manage crises, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Represent the site to customers, regulators, government, community stakeholders, and enterprise leaders.
  • Set long-term manufacturing and technology direction, including footprint, automation, capabilities, and capital decisions.

Zahteve

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, supply chain, business, or a related field is required.
  • An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or industrial settings.
  • Experience leading complex manufacturing organizations and delivering substantial operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated success applying Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.
  • Experience leading organizational transformation, automation, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including responsibility for operating plans, productivity initiatives, and capital investment decisions.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
