Opis

  • Build and sustain relationships with key fleet partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for account matters.
  • Develop account plans for fleet customers and integrate them into Talixo’s systems.
  • Find opportunities to expand and grow existing accounts.
  • Identify prospective fleet partners, conduct cold outreach, source leads, and assess their fit.
  • Build regional and product-line partner networks, and negotiate agreements.
  • Onboard and train new fleet partners.
  • Track performance indicators with data and analytics, and recommend ways to improve fleet service and quality.
  • Produce regular fleet performance reports and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Keep up with industry developments, competitor actions, and market changes.
  • Work with Sales, Tech, and Operations to improve workflows, procedures, IT systems, and tools.
  • Report to the Regional Head of Fleet, who is based in the European time zone.

Zahteve

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Bring at least three years of experience in procurement or B2B or channel sales.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including intercultural experience.
  • Be skilled in analyzing data and identifying trends.
  • Solve problems in a structured, independent, and creative manner.
  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Be familiar with CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Have excellent spoken and written English, at C1 level.
  • Be available to work Monday through Friday in the local time zone.
