Opis

  • Safeguard project revenue, cost, and margin reporting
  • Provide finance guidance, oversight, and analysis to local offices and the region
  • Set up projects according to finance guidelines and GAAP
  • Review project forecasts, analyze results, and enter approved forecasts in the ERP system
  • Review and approve monthly project revenue and cost recognition under GAAP
  • Prepare and issue client invoices, review billing, and help secure timely payment
  • Assess project risks and identify ways to improve profitability
  • Monitor project labor and expenses, and advise teams on budget variances
  • Review travel and expense claims and audit them for policy compliance
  • Check that project finances follow client agreements, billing rules, and internal policies
  • Review month-end shipment schedules and investigate significant variances
  • Share material client and project financial updates with project teams and accounting leaders
  • Take part in monthly project review meetings
  • Assist with month-end close and analyze business trends, KPIs, and financial indicators
  • Improve financial processes and communication across the firm
  • Contribute to the annual external audit
  • Support manufacturing projects and the delivery of client solutions

Zahteve

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Working knowledge of equipment and service procurement preferred
  • Understanding of financial practices, principles, processes, and systems, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet monthly close and project deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
  • Relevant finance or accounting experience preferred
