Emerson Executive Assistant, Seoul (Hybrid)
Support Emerson’s Regional Sales Director with sales operations, executive scheduling, events, budgets, and reporting. Emerson develops automation technology and software for critical industries.
Opis
- Provide administrative and executive support to the Regional Sales Director (Site Leader).
- Maintain sales operations reporting, including weekly bookings and opportunities, biweekly sales updates, and monthly Success Story coordination.
- Arrange executive calendars, customer visits, and business meetings, including travel, agendas, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
- Organize internal and external events and large meetings, such as All Hands Meetings, annual workshops, EAD events, and VP visits.
- Coordinate annual and quarterly budgets, track expenses, and manage promotional activities.
- Maintain sales data, discount trends, records, and reports.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on daily business activities and special projects.
Zahteve
- At least three years of related experience in a multinational or similar environment.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, including pivot tables.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Adaptable, proactive, self-motivated, and service-oriented.
- Availability to work a standard five-day workweek without restrictions.
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential company information and sensitive business matters.
