Opis

  • Shape and lead multichannel communications that promote Groupe TF1 content
  • Build and deliver communications plans for major programme launches
  • Use digital channels, social media, influencers and online communities in communications strategies
  • Maintain a consistent message across media and platforms
  • Oversee communications and public image for talent linked to flagship programmes
  • Track media, digital and technology trends, including developments in AI and large language models
  • Refine strategies to strengthen programme visibility and audience appeal
  • Identify and handle sensitive programme-related issues and potential crises
  • Set and direct emergency communications plans with legal and public relations teams
  • Work with programme teams, corporate communications and business units
  • Lead a team of around 15 people
  • Help develop communications methods, content and working practices
  • Introduce new tools and AI applications over time, adapting to changes in digital platforms

Zahteve

  • Bring at least 15 years of communications experience from a large company, media organisation or leading agency
  • Have a track record in media, entertainment or sports communications, including work with high public visibility
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of communications programmes and the media landscape
  • Have experience handling sensitive communications and crises
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving a wide range of stakeholders
  • Write exceptionally well and build effective working relationships
  • Advise senior executives
  • Show curiosity about generative AI, large language models, digital platforms and new ways people consume information
  • Stay highly organised
  • Contribute to a collaborative team and communicate effectively with others
  • Bring multidisciplinary teams together, influence senior stakeholders and coordinate partners
  • Manage competing priorities, urgent issues and ambiguity
