Opis

  • Engage CLEAR Global’s volunteer community of more than 200,000 language professionals
  • Communicate with community members and clarify expectations
  • Help conduct strategic and crisis-response outreach to prospective members
  • Assist with planning, logistics and delivery of community events and activities
  • Help recruit, train and prepare community members for roles at CLEAR Global
  • Monitor and encourage conversation among community members on digital platforms
  • Work with CLEAR Global teams to find ways for community members to contribute to workflows and activities
  • Help develop role descriptions, coordination structures and engagement processes
  • Support a positive community member experience and efficient program operations
  • Complete administrative work, including data entry and collection
  • Take on other community management duties as assigned

Zahteve

  • Qualify for an Erasmus+ traineeship
  • Be enrolled at a higher education institution with an Erasmus+ Charter for Higher Education, or be a recent graduate
  • Pursue a traineeship relevant to degree-related learning and personal development needs
  • Have fluency in spoken and written English
  • Be available during core Central European Time working hours
  • Bring strong communication skills and awareness of intercultural contexts
  • Be a self-starter who can work independently
  • Have strong organizational skills
  • Think analytically and turn ideas into practical actions
  • Work collaboratively as an adaptable, self-motivated team member
  • Adapt to new technologies and learn new skills quickly
  • Be reliable and flexible, and uphold CLEAR Global’s Core Values
  • Translation or interpreting experience is an advantage; internships and volunteer work count
  • Nonprofit organization experience is an advantage
  • Familiarity with technology, particularly translation or data-entry tools, is a plus
  • Show enthusiasm for humanitarian work
