Opis

  • Schedule providers and staff
  • Prepare meeting agenda templates
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Review and monitor timecards
  • Assist operations at UW Health urgent care locations

Zahteve

  • No minimum education level is required
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • An associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
  • At least one year of administrative support experience is required
  • Three years of experience in an administrative support function is preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Work Monday through Friday in eight-hour day shifts, starting between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM
  • Work at West Towne Urgent Care and Union Corners Urgent Care in Madison, Wisconsin
