Clinical Operations Assistant, Urgent Care
Support provider and staff scheduling, meeting administration, and timecard reviews for UW Health urgent care clinics. This hybrid position is based in Madison, Wisconsin.
Description
- Schedule providers and staff
- Prepare meeting agenda templates
- Take meeting minutes
- Review and monitor timecards
- Assist operations at UW Health urgent care locations
Requirements
- No minimum education level is required
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- An associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- At least one year of administrative support experience is required
- Three years of experience in an administrative support function is preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Work Monday through Friday in eight-hour day shifts, starting between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM
- Work at West Towne Urgent Care and Union Corners Urgent Care in Madison, Wisconsin
