Opis
- Meet annual revenue goals by advising new clients and renewing existing policies
- Grow a client portfolio in line with Coface’s growth and retention goals
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects
- Source leads through banks, insurance agencies, and direct calls to business owners and CFOs
- Sell domestic and export credit insurance and related services to corporations in assigned regions
- Monitor programs and coverage to support new and existing clients
- Identify and recommend prospects for new business
- Research sales approaches and assess their potential
- Attend workshops to strengthen technical and professional skills
- Track market and competitor trends to identify improvements and recommend products
- Win new business while retaining and expanding key client relationships
Zahteve
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- At least three years of proven B2B sales experience
- Experience with financial, banking, or insurance solutions is an advantage
- Trade credit insurance experience is an advantage
- Cold calling and new business development skills are required
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
- A demonstrated record of acquiring and retaining clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong network in the assigned territory
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Ability to collaborate with a team when needed
- P&C license, or ability to complete the P&C course and obtain a license within 60 days of starting
