Descriere

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare practitioners, particularly naturopathic doctors
  • Represent specialty vitamin, mineral, and herbal supplement lines, with emphasis on Genestra and Pure Encapsulations
  • Identify new sales opportunities throughout Southwestern Ontario
  • Conduct daily in-person customer sales calls, supported by phone and virtual meetings
  • Create business and customer plans for the assigned territory
  • Review territory and site data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Deliver KPIs and lead measures that support sustainable, profitable territory growth
  • Present products to healthcare practitioners using detailed product and need-state expertise
  • Maintain the CRM and record daily customer activity
  • Expand strategic and key accounts while pursuing new business through drop-ins and cold calls
  • Acquire new clients and increase territory penetration
  • Meet individual and team sales targets
  • Attend meetings, events, and conferences and complete appropriate follow-up
  • Respond effectively to changes in the internal and external business environment
  • Build lasting practitioner partnerships through engagement, education, and value-added support
  • Develop new practitioner relationships and expand opportunities within current accounts
  • Complete occasional overnight travel and weekend work

Cerințe

  • University degree in business, nutrition, life science, or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • At least two years of successful sales or related business experience
  • Experience in the supplement, healthcare, health food, sport science, wellness, or natural health industry
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven relationship-building and customer-facing abilities
  • Creative approach to developing innovative customer solutions
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills for achieving positive business outcomes
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience as a naturopathic doctor, holistic nutritionist, or another wellness-focused professional is an asset
