Partner with the CEO of an agentic AI startup to manage priorities, communications, investor relationships, and international travel. The role is hybrid in France.
Descriere
- Set and manage the CEO’s agenda, prioritizing meetings, events, and requests against company goals.
- Review and route incoming requests, including speaking invitations and approaches from event organizers, partners, and investors.
- Prepare briefing materials for important meetings, including relevant context, objectives, and key points.
- Represent the CEO in dealings with investors, partners, and the leadership team.
- Manage the CEO’s inbox and coordinate complex international travel.
- Partner with the CEO to keep the company focused on and aligned with key priorities.
Cerințe
- At least six years supporting C-level executives, preferably a founder or CEO at a fast-growing technology company or startup.
- Sound business judgment and the ability to explain and uphold decisions with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, including the ability to produce concise executive briefings.
- Discretion when handling confidential matters, including fundraising and investor relations.
- Strong autonomy and ownership, with the foresight to anticipate needs.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
- An entrepreneurial outlook and ease with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Able to start within four weeks.
