Descriere

  • Create, revise, format, and publish technical documentation supporting manufacturing operations
  • Ask informed questions to develop a clear understanding of products and processes
  • Collect, evaluate, and apply feedback from reviewers and other stakeholders
  • Work with engineers, project managers, and supervisors on documentation needs
  • Build ongoing knowledge of Daktronics products and related technologies
  • Coordinate several documentation assignments while meeting defined deadlines
  • Find ways to strengthen documentation quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Convert complex technical material into clear, practical instructions

Cerințe

  • Currently pursuing an accredited bachelor's degree in English for Information Systems, Technical Communications, English, or Mass Communications
  • Preferred candidates are enrolled in at least 12 academic credits
  • Sophomore or junior standing is preferred
  • Demonstrated academic achievement and an acceptable GPA
  • Include unofficial or web-accessible transcripts with the application
  • Provide three writing samples, such as manuals, research papers, or newspaper articles
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Effective organization and self-directed work habits
  • Willingness to learn documentation, content management, illustration, and authoring tools
  • Able to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Daktronics does not sponsor, renew, or extend immigration visas for this position
