- Lead full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions and regions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent requirements and execute hiring plans
- Identify, engage, and evaluate candidates through sourcing, networking, and referrals
- Develop talent pipelines for immediate and upcoming recruitment needs
- Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience from application through completion
- Advise stakeholders with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment guidance
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate attraction programs
- Keep recruitment records and reporting accurate and up to date

Cerințe
- Bring 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle hiring in a fast-moving environment
- Experience supporting international recruitment across multiple countries or regions
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and English communication skills
- Background working with global hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Highly organised, proactive, and results focused
- Completion of a post-offer background verification is required in line with local legislation
