State Street Senior Manager, IBOR Conversion Analyst - Hyderabad

Lead IBOR data conversion for State Street’s global investment-services platform in Hyderabad. Direct client onboarding, conversion testing, governance, and a team of 10–20 professionals.

Descriere

  • Lead strategy, planning, delivery, and governance for end-to-end IBOR platform conversions during Alpha implementations
  • Partner with Business Leads to provide training, answer questions, evaluate user needs, and recommend improvements
  • Analyze and convert data for new clients migrating to State Street’s in-house Middle Office system
  • Manage the conversion lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through client acceptance, implementation, unit testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Apply knowledge of State Street processes and tools to align new requirements with existing capabilities
  • Develop data maps that document flows between legacy and in-house systems
  • Control conversion inputs and outputs while communicating issues to internal and external stakeholders
  • Investigate and resolve data gaps and discrepancies between legacy outputs and the target-state model
  • Coordinate conversion planning and testing to achieve delivery milestones
  • Support conversion testing and dress-rehearsal activities
  • Lead a 10–20-person team to achieve client onboarding objectives

Cerințe

  • Bring 12–18 years of overall industry experience
  • Have at least 9 years of relevant financial-services experience, preferably in investment or asset management
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of capital markets across Middle, Back, and Front Office functions
  • Understand securities, loans, IBOR, ABOR, and transaction management
  • Have working experience with IBOR/ABOR, Eagle, Eagle Star, PAM, Portia, or CRD platforms
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients
  • Manage a 10–20-person team to support onboarding targets
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities and strict deadlines
  • Analyze project issues, develop resolutions, and follow through on agreed objectives
  • Have experience delivering Middle and Back Office client onboarding projects
  • Possess intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Access
  • Have experience using Microsoft Project or comparable project-management software
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Technology
