Descriere

  • Build content plans, themes, and series for assigned client accounts
  • Turn client goals, brand voice, and audience insights into shoot concepts, shot lists, scripts, and hooks
  • Support editorial calendars and keep captured and edited content moving through the production pipeline
  • Find content opportunities within client operations
  • Analyze content performance and recommend stronger formats and improvements
  • Use AI for research, ideation, scripting, and trend analysis
  • Travel to client sites across Illinois and the Midwest for planned capture sessions
  • Produce high-quality photo and video with professional and mobile equipment
  • Direct on-camera talent and capture B-roll, processes, transformations, culture, and testimonials
  • Adjust production methods across industries to maximize on-site output
  • Edit platform-ready posts with CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, and other applications
  • Produce social content in varied formats and aspect ratios
  • Use AI-assisted captioning, scene detection, color correction, audio enhancement, background removal, and related creative tools
  • Apply text, graphics, transitions, music, and effects that fit current trends and brand standards
  • Protect brand consistency and keep raw and finished assets organized
  • Monitor trends across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Develop native content for each platform and optimize it for organic discovery and social search
  • Test and refine content approaches in response to performance data and platform updates
  • Find, assess, and contact creator and influencer partners
  • Maintain the creator database and assist with campaigns, briefs, deliverables, approvals, and usage rights
  • Keep creator content aligned with FTC disclosure rules and applicable industry requirements
  • Measure and report creator content results
  • Join pre-production calls and contribute creative direction
  • Incorporate feedback, complete revisions, safeguard confidential information, and meet deadlines
  • Represent 321 professionally during production and partner outreach
  • Report to the Director of Social Media & Content while partnering with Social Media Managers, Creative, and Client Success

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience in content creation, social media production, or video production
  • Background in content strategy, including concepting, scripting, and planning
  • A strong portfolio spanning social content, platforms, industries, and formats
  • Advanced ability to capture content with smartphones, DSLRs, or mirrorless cameras
  • Solid command of lighting, composition, and audio
  • Advanced proficiency with CapCut, Canva, and comparable editing tools
  • Experience using AI tools for scripting, editing, captioning, generative fill, object removal, audio cleanup, and visual effects
  • In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Experience finding, evaluating, or collaborating with creators and influencers
  • Working knowledge of FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements
  • Ability to direct on-camera talent toward natural, authentic performances
  • Strong technical knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, frame rates, resolution, and export settings
  • Experience with home services, professional services, real estate, or healthcare content is highly valued
  • Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and revisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across Illinois and the Midwest
  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend shoots
  • Self-directed approach with the ability to solve problems on location independently
  • Careful attention to technical quality, brand standards, and error-free delivery
  • Bonus: Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other professional editing software
  • Bonus: Drone operation experience and FAA Part 107 certification
  • Bonus: Familiarity with influencer discovery or management platforms
  • Must live in the Chicagoland area or Central or South Florida
