Descriere

  • Guide customers through technical evaluations and implementations for Blockdaemon’s Wallet, Staking, and Node/API products
  • Partner with Sales Executives and prospects to demonstrate product fit, address technical requirements, and advance deals to completion
  • Refine the Land and Expand strategy for large institutional customers
  • Lead professional services engagements and proof-of-value demonstrations to accelerate adoption
  • Assess customer business needs and workflows to position Blockdaemon products and design tailored solutions
  • Work with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback, confirm feature readiness, and improve offerings
  • Represent Blockdaemon at industry conferences and webinars
  • Create best-practice documentation based on customer insights and industry knowledge
  • Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations for engineers, executives, and other audiences
  • Support Blockdaemon’s full-stack institutional offering across Wallet, Nodes/APIs, and Staking infrastructure

Cerințe

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in solutions architecture or a comparable role
  • Experience with multiple development languages such as TypeScript, Solidity, Rust, and Go; blockchain frameworks and SDKs; and cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
  • Understanding of the institutional digital asset landscape, including operational and security considerations for banks, asset managers, and other regulated organizations
  • Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales cycles in pre-sales or solutions roles, including scoping, proof-of-value demonstrations, and technical evaluations
  • Experience working directly with Tier 1 financial institutions or other large, security-conscious enterprises, ideally in EMEA
  • Ability to translate between technical and business audiences and tailor presentations from engineering teams to C-level executives
  • Knowledge of enterprise security and integration patterns, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 expectations, API authentication, and secure deployment models
  • Strong written communication skills and experience creating technical documentation, best-practice guides, and architecture diagrams
  • Preferred: technical knowledge of digital asset custody, key management, and cryptographic security, with practical familiarity with MPC, HSMs, or multi-signature architectures
  • Preferred: working knowledge of staking mechanics, node infrastructure, and blockchain APIs across major networks such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana
