Descriere

  • Shape the product roadmap while aligning work with personal career goals
  • Partner with the team to deliver features and refine them using results and feedback
  • Lead projects from initial concept through customer-facing operations
  • Contribute to open-source initiatives beyond the team’s immediate responsibilities
  • Design, develop, operate, and maintain Grafana’s mobile application
  • Take ownership of the application’s reliability, performance, and availability
  • Join on-call rotations and remain accountable for the application in production
  • Mentor colleagues and provide ongoing support to team members
  • Contribute to design discussions and collaborate closely across the team
  • Build knowledge of Grafana Cloud, its customers, and a large distributed-systems codebase

Cerințe

  • Professional experience with at least one native mobile platform, Android or iOS
  • Strong experience developing production Flutter applications, including state management, navigation, asynchronous programming, and maintainable architecture
  • Experience delivering mobile features from discovery to release, including requirements clarification, solution exploration, development, testing, CI/CD, and publishing updates to the App Store and Google Play
  • Experience connecting mobile applications to backend APIs and cloud services
  • Ability to produce clean, maintainable, high-performance code
  • Independent working style paired with strong communication skills
  • Proactive, self-directed approach with a willingness to act
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Enthusiasm for creating intuitive products
  • Ability to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, collect data and feedback, and iterate
  • Additional experience with Grafana and Prometheus, microservices or distributed systems, operations or infrastructure as code, and open-source contributions is beneficial
