Descriere

  • Partner with the Head of Marketing and User Experience to shape and maintain Everly’s content strategy
  • Turn strategic priorities into content plans with clear owners, timelines, and measurable objectives
  • Manage the editorial calendar for the Insights Library, advisor guides, partner materials, policyholder communications, and social media
  • Use audience needs, competitor research, and search and AI visibility data to uncover content gaps and opportunities
  • Write and produce thought leadership pieces, white papers, product explainers, and co-branded partner content
  • Create advisor-facing sales enablement materials, including objection-handling guides, product narratives, and conversation frameworks
  • Develop communications for policyholders
  • Brief and manage the external content contractor while upholding quality and brand voice
  • Lead SEO efforts spanning keyword research, on-page optimization, content structure, and internal linking
  • Develop and execute AEO initiatives to improve visibility in AI-powered answer engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude
  • Improve content through structured data, clear entity definitions, authoritative sources, and direct, well-cited answers
  • Monitor search and answer-engine visibility metrics and refine the content plan accordingly
  • Train the broader team on SEO and AEO best practices
  • Create and implement AI-assisted content workflows with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and HubSpot AI
  • Maintain prompt libraries, brand-voice guidelines, and reusable AI content templates
  • Use AI tools to expand content production across formats, channels, and versions
  • Review AI-assisted content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment
  • Contribute to campaign content, asset copy, project coordination, marketing planning, reporting, and cross-functional work with distribution, product, and compliance

Cerințe

  • At least seven years of experience in content strategy or content marketing, ideally within financial services, fintech, or insurance
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for financial institution and advisor audiences
  • Practical SEO experience covering keyword research, on-page optimization, content structure, and performance measurement
  • Working understanding of AEO and how AI answer engines discover, rank, and cite content
  • Hands-on experience producing content with Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, or comparable AI tools
  • Experience creating or supporting AI content workflows, including prompt engineering, brand-voice documentation, and AI-assisted editorial processes
  • Ability to work effectively within a lean team
  • White-label, B2B2C, or channel marketing experience is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with advisor or community banking channels is strongly preferred
  • Experience optimizing content for AI answer engines is strongly preferred
  • Experience with or exposure to insurance or annuity products, including IUL, FIA, or MYGA, is strongly preferred
  • Content and workflow-level experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred
