Senior Manager, Data Migration and Integration Projects
Lead customer data migrations and enterprise integrations for Benchmark Gensuite’s EHS, sustainability, and ESG software. Coordinate stakeholders, scope, risks, validation, and implementation delivery.
Descriere
- Lead planning and delivery for historical data migration and enterprise integration workstreams.
- Set milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and completion criteria with customers and internal teams.
- Monitor data readiness, migration validation, integration testing, and rollout activities.
- Surface risks, delays, and decisions that could affect implementation delivery.
- Act as the main customer contact for data migration and integration matters.
- Bring customer business and technical stakeholders together with implementation and technical teams.
- Share progress, open issues, decisions, and next steps with technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Build customer trust and manage expectations as requirements evolve.
- Spot gaps among customer expectations, technical requirements, project plans, and the agreed SOW.
- Record potential scope changes and recommend SOW updates or formal approvals.
- Coordinate resolution or escalation of issues with data quality, system dependencies, customer readiness, or competing priorities.
- Keep records of decisions, risks, and changes that affect delivery.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least seven years in customer-facing project management, SaaS implementation, enterprise software delivery, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating data migration or systems integration workstreams in complex implementations.
- Able to discuss data mapping, migration validation, APIs, integration dependencies, and testing without doing hands-on engineering.
- Experience managing project scope, risks, stakeholder expectations, and change requests.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Able to work with customer technical teams and business leaders.
- EHS data knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with EHS software or other complex enterprise SaaS implementations is preferred.
- PMP or a comparable project management certification is a plus.
