  • Lead planning and delivery for historical data migration and enterprise integration workstreams.
  • Set milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and completion criteria with customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor data readiness, migration validation, integration testing, and rollout activities.
  • Surface risks, delays, and decisions that could affect implementation delivery.
  • Act as the main customer contact for data migration and integration matters.
  • Bring customer business and technical stakeholders together with implementation and technical teams.
  • Share progress, open issues, decisions, and next steps with technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Build customer trust and manage expectations as requirements evolve.
  • Spot gaps among customer expectations, technical requirements, project plans, and the agreed SOW.
  • Record potential scope changes and recommend SOW updates or formal approvals.
  • Coordinate resolution or escalation of issues with data quality, system dependencies, customer readiness, or competing priorities.
  • Keep records of decisions, risks, and changes that affect delivery.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least seven years in customer-facing project management, SaaS implementation, enterprise software delivery, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating data migration or systems integration workstreams in complex implementations.
  • Able to discuss data mapping, migration validation, APIs, integration dependencies, and testing without doing hands-on engineering.
  • Experience managing project scope, risks, stakeholder expectations, and change requests.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Able to work with customer technical teams and business leaders.
  • EHS data knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with EHS software or other complex enterprise SaaS implementations is preferred.
  • PMP or a comparable project management certification is a plus.
