- Apply data-driven insights to improve efficiency, manage key accounts, and advance Walmart’s strategic priorities
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field plus 3 years of experience in business development, market development, product development, or a comparable area, or 5 years of relevant experience
- Background in business development and strategic partnership management within complex organizations
- Ability to create and deliver sales strategies that support business goals
- Advanced account management skills with a record of sustaining important internal and external relationships
- Financial modeling proficiency
- Leadership experience mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to assess operational needs, track performance, and adjust plans to deliver results
- Strong written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams preferred
