Descriere
- Manage data that informs daily operations, strategic planning, and performance decisions
- Gather, validate, and analyze financial information and economic indicators for operational and strategic use
- Present financial findings to senior leaders on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles
- Assess proposed budgets, explain variances, and interpret financial trends
- Monitor industry, economic, financial, and market conditions to forecast near-, medium-, and long-term financial and competitive outlooks
- Shape departmental strategy through analysis of expenses, costs, and investments
- Develop financial models, reports, and budgets
- Counsel executives on functional strategy and material business matters
- Partner with technology leaders on business cases and return-on-investment analysis
Cerințe
- Reside in Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Washington, D.C., or Virginia
- Hold a bachelor's degree
- Bring at least three years of general accounting and financial management experience
- Demonstrate experience compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify and explain variances and trends
- Have experience managing data that informs daily operations, strategic planning, and specific business performance decisions
- Be able to explain variances and trends while improving modeling methods
- Possess working knowledge of departmental, segment, and organizational strategy
- Maintain a dedicated, interruption-free workspace to safeguard member PHI and HIPAA information
- Provide internet service with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
