Hold a bachelor's degree
Bring at least three years of general accounting and financial management experience
Demonstrate experience compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify and explain variances and trends
Have experience managing data that informs daily operations, strategic planning, and specific business performance decisions
Be able to explain variances and trends while improving modeling methods
Possess working knowledge of departmental, segment, and organizational strategy
Maintain a dedicated, interruption-free workspace to safeguard member PHI and HIPAA information
Provide internet service with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
