  • Have experience managing data that informs daily operations, strategic planning, and specific business performance decisions
  • Be able to explain variances and trends while improving modeling methods
  • Possess working knowledge of departmental, segment, and organizational strategy
  • Maintain a dedicated, interruption-free workspace to safeguard member PHI and HIPAA information
