Descriere

  • Improve website journeys by refining navigation, conversion paths, internal links, and the route from landing to conversion.
  • Partner with brand and development teams to plan and build core Webflow pages.
  • Keep the site’s visual design and components consistent as the brand evolves.
  • Track and improve Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and page-level technical health.
  • Manage GA4 and GTM events, filters, and troubleshooting for site-wide tracking.
  • Maintain content ownership roles for more than 265 pages.
  • Form test hypotheses, run A/B and multivariate experiments, analyze results, and prioritize the optimization roadmap.
  • Lead conversational marketing strategy and operations, including playbooks, tools, evergreen programs, technical setup, content, routing, and visitor targeting.
  • Track and report chat performance, conversation rates, meetings influenced, and pipeline attribution.
  • Coordinate campaign-specific conversational marketing programs with Growth Marketing.
  • Improve answer engine optimization with structured data, schema markup, and content formatting.
  • Work with marketing leadership to strengthen monitoring and reporting on visibility in AI search.

Cerințe

  • Bring 5–8 or more years of experience in digital experience, web management, or conversion rate optimization, ideally at a B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or developer tools company serving technical buyers.
  • Have hands-on CMS expertise; Webflow experience is preferred.
  • Know GA4, GTM, technical SEO, and answer engine optimization.
  • Be able to diagnose tracking gaps, correct filter settings, and troubleshoot Core Web Vitals issues independently.
  • Show strong design judgment and work within an established brand system while championing better user experiences.
  • Be familiar with conversational marketing tools and chat playbooks, including routing, visitor targeting, and qualification flows.
  • Work independently with substantial autonomy in a lean marketing organization.
