Descriere

  • Build new brands and refresh existing identities.
  • Create distinctive brand worlds, cohesive identities, and adaptable visual systems.
  • Use visual systems across print, digital, social, presentations, campaigns, events, and other communications.
  • Turn strategic ideas into carefully crafted, engaging experiences.
  • Produce animated assets, social content, motion systems, and interactive experiences.
  • Develop concepts and present creative ideas to colleagues and clients.
  • Interpret briefs and use research and insight to guide creative work.
  • Lead projects from early concepts through final artwork and delivery.
  • Develop brand identities and visual systems.
  • Produce campaign and communications assets.
  • Design digital experiences.
  • Create identities for conferences, events, and other branded experiences.
  • Work with strategy, creative, digital, production, and wider MHP Group teams.
  • Present and pitch work, explaining the creative approach and design rationale.
  • Manage several projects at different stages.
  • Prepare artwork for print and hand digital designs over to developers.
  • Offer considered, constructive feedback on creative work.

Cerințe

  • Bring at least seven years of design experience.
  • Show conceptual depth, strong brand thinking, and work spanning varied project types, formats, and scales in your portfolio.
  • Have substantial experience building brand identities, visual systems, and communications.
  • Demonstrate outstanding design craft and conceptual thinking.
  • Generate original concepts for print, digital, motion, and multimedia work.
  • Bring strong motion design skills and animation experience.
  • Understand motion principles and how they fit within broader brand identities.
  • Apply excellent visual judgement and strong typography, layout, colour, and image-making fundamentals.
  • Explain complex ideas clearly and accessibly.
  • Use Figma to create wireframes, page structures, and interactive prototypes.
  • Understand user journeys, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Present and pitch creative work with confidence.
  • Manage multiple projects from briefing through delivery.
  • Know production processes, including preparing print files and handing digital designs to developers.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite at an advanced level, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Be highly proficient in Figma, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Bring a proactive, curious, and positive attitude.
  • Work independently, solve problems, and challenge ideas constructively.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Show cultural awareness and curiosity beyond design.
  • Pay exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and platforms for branding, visual communication, motion, and creativity.
  • UI and UX design knowledge is a plus.
  • An interest in AI-supported creative workflows and emerging design and motion tools is a plus.
