Descriere

  • Build and improve data engineering solutions with Python, Databricks, and AWS
  • Design and optimize scalable data pipelines for performance, reliability, and maintainability
  • Use software engineering principles to develop robust data solutions and pipelines
  • Help shape system architectures and data solutions by assessing technologies, patterns, and technical approaches
  • Identify opportunities to advance AI adoption in software development through automation, productivity gains, and process improvements
  • Develop and apply AI-powered tools for software and pipeline development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and evolution
  • Establish and champion AI-related development standards, best practices, and technical guidance
  • Help define governance, security measures, and controls for responsible AI adoption
  • Work with teams across data, software engineering, architecture, and business functions
  • Analyze technical solutions to identify optimization, automation, and modernization opportunities
  • Support the team through knowledge sharing and promotion of engineering best practices

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Data Engineer
  • Advanced Python skills and experience building robust, scalable solutions
  • Practical, proven experience using Databricks
  • Experience with AWS, especially data and processing services
  • Strong software engineering foundation covering development principles, architecture, design, and coding standards
  • Experience designing systems and technical solutions
  • Knowledge of developing and optimizing data pipelines
  • Ability to convert technical and business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions
  • Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD practices
  • Ability to work independently in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Practical experience applying AI to software engineering
  • Knowledge of GenAI, large language models, AI agents, or AI-assisted development tools
  • Experience using AI for code generation, review, testing, documentation, or maintenance
  • Knowledge of architectures and patterns used to integrate AI solutions
  • Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, or AI governance
  • Knowledge of PySpark, SQL, and lakehouse architectures
  • Experience using AI to automate and modernize data pipelines
  • Experience establishing technology standards, technical guidance, and governance
